Refund policy

1. Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The jewellery must be unworn and unused, with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing by a third party will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team at contact@aevumstore.com or call +91 800 95 800 12 with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, we will share Instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us right away at contact@aevumstore.com or +91 800 95 800 12
Our team will assess the issue and ensure a prompt resolution, either a replacement, repair, or refund.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products altered after purchase
  • Gift cards or discounted items under sale promotions

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before initiating a return.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
